WAX INJECTION

Sure Cast’s equipment includes five (5) fully automated wax injection machines, as well as top and side injection (manual) wax presses.  Our process is setup to handle both high production jobs as well as small run products.

FOUNDRY

We cast parts up to sixty pounds in a wide array of alloys including low alloy and carbon steels, cast iron including ductile iron, stainless steels, duplex alloys, copper nickels, nickel base, tool steels, and a range of non-leaded copper base alloys.

SHELL

Our environmentally friendly, water-based shell system is tightly controlled using Statistical Process Control to monitor and adjust the system to specified ranges.

FINISHING/MACHINING

We offer many related services including heat treat, non-destructive testing (Mag., Penetrant, & X-Ray), destructive testing (charpy impact, tensile, chemical), machining, and some light assembly to allow our customers the ship to stock option.

INSPECTION/QUALITY ASSURANCE

Each product has a separate set of parameters inspected using Statistical Process Control methods specific to each customer’s part.

ENGINEERING

Sure Cast, Inc. can produce parts from your supplied tooling or can make tooling to produce castings from blueprints or supplied parts.  We also offer rapid prototype services using stereolithography.
